Who qualifies

Ontario commercial, institutional or industrial facilities on the IESO-controlled grid or a distribution system with 12 months of electricity data and minimum consumption (SEM at least 3,000,000 kWh; energy manager at least 6,500,000 kWh) and an eligible NAICS code.
