Who qualifies
Organizations that have partnered with another organization or level of government and have secured some funding. The page's Frequent Builder framework (expedited processing for established providers) requires a minimum of $50 million of business with CMHC for for-profits, $20 million for governmental organizations, and $50 million (or $20 million plus a large rental portfolio) for non-profits, charities and co-operatives.
