Who qualifies

Portions of property of 1/5 hectare or larger identified by the ministry as eligible: provincially significant ANSIs, Escarpment Natural Areas, habitats of endangered species, provincially significant wetlands, or community conservation lands (non-profit conservation organizations and conservation authorities). Owner must commit to protecting the area and allow inspection. Buildings are not eligible.
