Who qualifies

Canadian university researchers eligible for NSERC funds (college faculty as co-applicants). At least one cash-contributing partner recognized for cost sharing; each partner provides in-kind contributions; projects include training of students/postdocs. Equipment above $400,000 should be sought elsewhere (e.g. CFI).
