Movable Cultural Property Grants
Department of Canadian Heritage
Movable Cultural Property Grants help designated organizations, Indigenous governing bodies, and Indigenous-led heritage organizations acquire cultural property or belongings associated with national heritage in Canada. Grants can be used to buy items for which an export permit has been denied or that are available for purchase outside the country. There are no application deadlines, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
