Who qualifies
Owner or authorized commercial tenant of commercial units on commercially zoned property within designated areas (Ancaster, Barton Village, Binbrook, Concession Street, Downtown Hamilton, Dundas, Locke Street, Ottawa Street, Stoney Creek, Waterdown, Westdale, Mount Hope/Airport Gateway and Strategic Commercial Corridor). Temporary upgrades are not eligible.
