Remote Northern Ontario communities not connected by all-season road: Indigenous communities and organizations (e.g. Tribal Councils), corporations or partnerships formed by them to build or maintain winter roads, and the Town of Moosonee. Single or joint applicants; joint applications need a supporting resolution from each applicant.
