Who qualifies

Indigenous peoples or Indigenous service providers that are a legal entity with governance and accountability processes, a Canadian bank account, no default on Ontario agreements, and activities in Ontario benefiting Indigenous peoples. If the primary applicant is a business it must be at least 50.1% Indigenous owned. Funds go to economic development plans, business planning, implementing economic plans, diversification, new markets and community asset assessments; general non-project economic development staffing is ineligible and large consultant fees are discouraged. Administration is limited to 10% of the pre-administration budget.
