Who qualifies
Honourably released from the CAF on or after 1 April 2006 (or a Supplementary Reserve member) with at least 2,191 paid days of service. Not available while in VAC's Rehabilitation and Vocational Assistance program or receiving Canadian Forces Income Support. 10 years from release to apply.
