Who qualifies
Canadian citizens, permanent residents or Protected Persons registered in, or applying to, an eligible master's (or direct-entry/combined doctoral) program at a Canadian institution with a CGRS M allocation, with 0 to 12 months of full-time study completed by December 31 of the application year, and without a prior master's-level scholarship from CIHR, NSERC or SSHRC.
