Who qualifies
Municipalities. Provincial housing targets were assigned to the 50 largest municipalities; the fund rewards those that reach at least 80% of their annual target, with bonus funding for exceeding targets. 10% of the fund is set aside for small, rural and northern municipalities without a housing target.
